KEDARit offers a full range of IT best practice training courses designed to meet the needs of business and technology leaders responsible for IT Service Management. The courses are offered either through scheduled public open-enrollment dates and cities, or through personalized on-site course delivery.

Personalized on-site course delivery is for companies that want to have our instructors apply lecture materials to their unique business challenges, so their leaders can focus on solutions and consensus about solutions during the course.

KEDARit training courses maximize the training investment of each attendee by providing online pre and post course Extended Learning Support™ tools, along with a guarantee for attendees needing a 2^nd certification exam.

Pre Course Awareness Learning

Registered attendees receive sign-in information and access to our Student Portal™ for current IT Service Management industry and trend information, and additional course details. The Student Portal™ extends the value of our courses by providing a library of ITSM and ITIL:

Registered attendees will have access to the Student Portal™ to use before, during, and after the course.

Post Course Implementation Support

After the training course each attendee receives a complimentary membership to our IT Service Management Implementation Knowledge Forum™. The Knowledge Forum™ allows members to engage our ITSM and ITIL Practitioners, Instructors, and our Consultants in question-and-answer dialogue about all aspects of achieving ITSM improvements and adopting the ITIL framework to their business environments after the course.

2nd Exam Guarantee

KEDARit guarantees to provide attendees of our ITIL training courses, that also select the certification exam, and require a 2^nd certification exam free access to our ITIL Online Practice Exams, and ITIL Exam and Study Prep Knowledge Forum. The cost for the 2^nd certification exam is not included.

Our ITIL Online Practice Exams provide attendees a detailed review of key points and tips covered in the ITSM Foundation course. Completing these exams allow individuals to focus on specific learning objectives, which increases their potential for receiving a passing score on the 2^nd certification exam.

The ITIL Exam and Study Prep Knowledge Forum allows the attendee to engage our instructors and consultants in question-and-answer dialogue during their study for the 2^nd certification exam.

We host public open enrollment training courses at various cities and dates.

Our best practice courses are designed to provide students with the highest quality training materials and instruction available. The scenario-based course format opens the door to understanding and allows students to effectively apply their knowledge to the course materials. KEDARit partners with SED-IT for ITSM training materials. The SED-IT training materials set the standard for training and education. Training materials are accredited by EXIN, ISEB and the itSMF.
