Overview
The IT Service Management Process Design course is an intensive three day, process design course for strengthening IT Governance, Compliance, and Quality that is led by a Senior Process Engineering expert. This course will:

Provide a complete overview of design methods and best practices used to design effective and compliant processes

Prepares attendees to undertake the design, controls, and measurement tasks involved in strengthening or re-engineering process improvement and compliance projects

Helps prepare attendees to incorporate process methods and best practices into their daily activities.
Each attendee will recieve additional value through pre and post course Extended Value Learning (EVL) tools.
Pre Course Learning Attendees receive sign access to our Student Portal for an up-to-date library of Process Engineering current events, news, important Process Engineering websites, white papers, and more. This library is made available for attendees use before, during, and after the course.
Post Course Implementation Support After the training course, attendees receive a complimentary membership to our moderated IT Process Engineering Knowledge Forum. The Knowledge Forum allows course attendees to engage our Process Engineering instructors and consultants for in question-and-answer dialogue about all aspects of implementing the Process Engineering framework of best practices at their company.
Prerequisites
This course has no prerequisites. However attendees should have working experience with technology or risk management in a business organization.

The intended audience for this course is anyone involved in implementing, administering, or managing technology assets and associated business risks. Business managers tasked with managing the provisioning of IT services should take this course, regardless of technology experience. Specifically:

Structure
This course combines lectures with exercises designed to drive home key concepts. Most sections end with a quiz. The learning experience is greatly enhanced when students participate in question and answer exercises throughout the course.
